What the app can do

Learning Game turns studying into a game. Instead of a learning app that feels like homework, you get short rounds that fit into a bus ride or a break: quiz questions on geography, history, mythology, science and more, mental arithmetic with instant feedback, word scramble for foreign languages, and flashcards for your own vocabulary. Mark the languages you are learning as favorites – they stay right at the top in Vocabulary Quiz, Word Scramble and Flashcards.

To turn practice into a habit, the app uses streaks, tickets and a daily challenge. The flashcards use spaced repetition – words you get wrong come back more often, while the ones you know well appear at ever longer intervals.

All content can be extended by you: create your own questions in the editor, import them as a CSV file, or simply photograph a vocabulary list – the app recognises the words via text recognition and translates them.

Permissions

Camera: photographing vocabulary lists and texts for import via text recognition. Photos are processed on the device only.
Bluetooth & Wi-Fi: connection to nearby devices for the Nearby Battle.
Location (only up to Android 12): required by Android for the Bluetooth device search.
Notifications: reminder for the daily challenge so your streak does not break.
Internet access: displaying ads and downloading translation data for the camera import.
