Employers
Under More → Employer you manage everyone you work for – for example a main job and a side job. Without an employer, neither shifts nor overtime can be recorded.

Adding an employer
The + starts a setup wizard with ten steps (“Step x of 10”, Next, Back, Skip). Only the name is required. For the shift duty work mode, adding the shifts follows. To edit, open an employer in the list; all fields are there in sections (including General, Pay & working mode, Working time, Calculation, Extras).
The Color marks this employer's entries in Plan and Home.
Salary type and hourly wage
Under Salary Type you choose:
- Fixed salary (overtime compensated in time off) – you get a fixed amount each month (Fixed salary (€ monthly)) and enter Target hours per week. Overtime is balanced out with time off instead of being paid.
- Hourly wage (monthly settlement) – you are paid for the hours actually worked (Hourly wage (€)). The Payout delay (months) sets how many months later the money arrives.
Work mode, weekly hours and working days
The Work Mode determines how you enter shifts:
- Shift duty (shift templates) – you assign predefined shifts to days.
- Free-form work (enter times directly) – you enter the start and end of each day yourself. With Enter hours only (start/end calculated automatically) the number of hours is enough; the Standard start time and Standard break (minutes) then determine start and end.
There are also the Weekly hours – the basis for the target/actual comparison – and the Working days: the weekdays on which this employer can be worked for.
Vacation entitlement
Enter your entitlement under Vacation days per year. How remaining vacation, carry-over and expiry work is explained under Vacation, sickness & holidays.
Calculation
- Calculation start – from this date on, target hours and payouts are calculated. Required.
- Contract start (optional) – only for your records, has no effect on any calculation.
- Starting overtime balance (optional) – add an existing overtime balance without having to enter past shifts.
Extras
- Track travel time – travel time is kept as its own line and paid with a bonus (Travel time bonus factor, e.g. 0.5 = half hourly wage, or Travel time bonus (€ per hour)). With Travel time counts as working hours it is added to your worked hours instead, without a bonus.
- Enable activity log – see Entering your plan.
Several employers
You can add as many employers as you like. From two employers on, the plan shows an abbreviation badge made from the first letters of the name, and in week and month you can filter by employer.
Set as default/favorite (marked with ★ in the list) preselects an employer automatically when you add a new shift or work time; only one employer can be the default. The employer list shows a yearly overview on each card with hours worked, overtime and vacation.
Deleting an employer also deletes all of its entries – the app asks first.
