Under Overtime in the bottom bar you see how your time credit develops. The screen has two views: Time credit and Payouts.
At the top is the Overtime balance in hours, since the calculation start. It is positive when you worked more than planned. It is calculated per employer as worked − target − paid out + starting overtime, each up to today. Public holidays and vacation days are taken into account; sick days do not reduce the hours worked.
A balance exists only for employers with a target – that is, with weekly hours set and not for an hourly wage. The target/actual comparison follows the employer's settings; you enter an existing credit as Starting overtime balance.
If part of your overtime is paid out, tap Record payout. You choose the employer and enter Payout day, Hours and Minutes. The balance drops accordingly; payouts are listed below under “Payouts” and can be deleted again.
The Payouts view contains the Payout Preview for employers with an hourly wage: for each month “Worked” (month), “Payout” (month, after the payout delay), the hours and the Expected amount in euros.
Tap an entry to note what you actually received via Enter actual payout. The app then shows Received and – if it differs – the Difference.
