In the settings you adapt the app to your needs – from personal data through notifications to data backup.
Here you enable appointment reminders and medication reminders independently of each other. You can also be reminded
to create regular backups of your data. Regular backups are particularly recommended, because for privacy reasons your recorded data
is excluded from Google's data backup process.
For notifications to appear reliably, the app may need permission for notifications and exact alarms.

Note: The option to choose the navigation style will be removed in one of the future app versions.
Here you can customise the dashboard to your needs, i.e. show or hide tiles and influence the content of individual tiles.
Here you can adjust how doctors, appointments and the statistics are displayed.
Under “Personal data” you store your height, the height and weight units and your date of birth. This information is used for the BMI calculation and the age-appropriate vaccination recommendations.
Restrict access to the app with a biometric or PIN lock, block screenshots, or export your data as a PDF (caution: unencrypted! For data backup you should use the encrypted backup!). You can also delete all data (caution: this action cannot be undone! Our recommendation: make regular backups of your data).
The app is free and financed through ads. With a one-time in-app purchase you can remove the ads permanently.
If notifications do not appear, please also check the Android app settings of your device and allow the app notifications and – if available – exact alarms.
