Appointments

In the Appointments area you manage all your visits in one place – past and upcoming. For each appointment you can record the date, time, reason, result, notes and cost. All data stays offline on your device.

Add an appointment

On the home screen or in the appointment list, tap the plus button (+).

Choose the date and time of the appointment.
Select a doctor or create a new one right away (see Doctors).
Enter the reason for the visit (e.g. check-up, follow-up).
Optionally record the result, notes and cost.
Confirm with Save.

Edit & delete

Tap an appointment in the list to open its details. Use the pencil icon to edit the entry and the trash icon to delete it – deletion is confirmed once more to be safe. Use the printer icon to print the appointment details or save them as a PDF.

Search & filter

The appointment list can be searched and filtered so you find what you need quickly, even with many entries:

Use the search field to search by reason or doctor.
The filter sits right in the search bar and works together with the search term – the number of matches is shown.
Filter by past or upcoming appointments.
The search also finds a doctor name or a year – type 2025, for example, to see that year’s appointments.

Print list

Besides printing a single appointment, you can print a list of several appointments or save it as a PDF – for a first visit to a new doctor, a referral or an application, for example. Open the three-dot menu in the appointment overview and choose Print list.

The dialog asks you for two things:

Period: either All or a single calendar year. Only years that actually contain appointments are offered.
Grouping: Chronological produces one continuous table with date, time, doctor, field and reason. By doctor puts a block with the field and address in front of each doctor and lists their appointments below it.

Below the selection you can see how many appointments will end up on the sheet. Print opens the Android print dialog, where you pick a printer or Save as PDF.

Two things are worth knowing: the printout follows only this dialog, not the filter and search term of the list – so if the list is currently set to “Past”, that makes no difference to the printout. And the list holds one line per appointment; the result and your notes are not on it. If you need the full details, open the appointment and print it on its own.

Appointment reminder

For upcoming appointments you can set up a notification and choose how early you want to be reminded. For notifications to appear reliably, the right permissions must be granted – see Settings.

Location on the map

If an address is stored for the doctor, you can open their location directly on the map and navigate there.
